Cancellation/No-Show Policy
At Reverse Aesthetics Med Spa, we’re committed to providing you with exceptional service. To ensure the best experience for all of our clients, please note our cancellation policy:
Cancellation Notice: Please give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.
Cancellation Fee: If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, a $100 fee will be charged. This fee helps cover the costs associated with reserving your appointment time.
Deposit and Reimbursement: We no longer require a $100 deposit, but we do need an active card on file.
No-Show Policy: If you miss your appointment without prior notice, the $100 fee will be applied.
