Refund/Return Policy
At Reverse Aesthetics, our refund and return policy varies depending on the product and service:
Products:
Products generally cannot be refunded. However, if returned within 14 days of purchase, the price of the returned product can be applied towards the purchase of another item or service. Olive Tree People products are an exception, offering a 365-day return policy from the manufacturer. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be undamaged and in its original condition.
Medications and Supplements:
Prescribed medications and supplements purchased at the medspa cannot be refunded or returned due to the nature of their use.
Services:
Refunds are not available for services once provided. Results may vary due to individual responses to treatment.
To Initiate a Return:

- Provide the name of the product and the reason for the return request.
- Please allow 3-5 days for us to respond. We’ll get back to you as quickly as we can!
